How do I receive a price quote?
Go to the "Contact" page, you may either fill in the "Booking Inquiries", send us an email or give us a call.
How do I make reservations?
Once we confirm availability, we will provide a quote via email with rental terms and payment methods.
What is your minimum stay requirement?
We have a 3 night minimum.
Is the cleaning service included in the price?
The cleaning charge is an separate fee of $80. There is no daily cleaning service.
You may request housekeeping service for an additional charge.
What is the occupancy tax?
There is an 11% mandatory lodging tax. You will find the lodging tax included in your quote.
Do you accept pets?
Only small dogs are considered. Prior to the reservations being made we request to know the breed, weight and request that you send a photo of your pet for consideration. If the pet is approved, a pet deposit of $300 will be required but fully refundable.
Additionally, we ask that the pet remain off the furniture and beds.
What is the refundable damage deposit?
A required damage deposit of $350 is required and will be added to the price of the rental.
I need items for a child (i.e. crib, carseat, strollers)?
We are able to provide a Pack-n-play and highchair free of charge and upon request. Additional items may be rented through Baby Borrow 954-489-0081, www.babyborrow.com.
When do I receive the address of the property?
Prior to your arrival the property details will be included in a welcome email.
When do I receive check-in information?
The check-in details will be included in the welcome email sent to you prior to your arrival. This will include the lock box code for you to access keys to the unit.
What is the payment schedule?
At the time the reservation is made 50% of the total rental cost (with deposits and cleaning fee) will be required. One month prior to arrival the remaining balance will be due.
When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
Confirmation of booking will be sent by email when your reservations are made, upon receiving the first payment and the Rental Agreement.
What is provided in the homes?
Our units are stocked with cookware, dinnerware, linens, and towels. We also provide complimentary WiFi and Cable.
Where do I pick up the keys for the home?
One week prior to arrival you will receive check-in details with your personal lock box code to access keys to the unit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds are given upon cancellation of 30 days notice or more. Under 30 days a credit will be issued and you may reschedule within 6 months from your date of cancellation.
How do I cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation you must contact as soon as possible.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 4:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00 am. Requests are based on availability and we ask that you contact us 48 hours before arrival and departure times.
What is the maximum occupancy?
Maximum occupancy is six (6) persons in each two (2) bedroom unit.
If the maximum allowable occupancy is breached, you may be charged a penalty and it there would be cause for immediate eviction.
